First, boil noodles according to package instructions. Drain, rinse with cold water, & dry.

In a large bowl, whisk together garlic, gochugaru, gochujang, sugar, vinegar, soy sauce, kimchi brine, sesame oil & seeds, salt, & pepper.

Mix noodles into sauce until evenly coated.
