Ingredients

First, cook the popcorn in a little oil on the stove.

Once popped, transfer to a baking sheet and add the apple chips and cinnamon. Keep warm in the oven.

Then make the caramel. Melt butter and add brown sugar, corn syrup, and salt.

Boil *without* stirring for 4 minutes.

Then turn off the heat and whisk in vanilla extract and baking soda.

Pour caramel over the popcorn and stir thoroughly. Bake at 250F for 45 minutes, stirring every 15 minutes.

Let cool completely. Serve (or gift) and enjoy!
