Milk Onion Basil, oregano, & parsley Gnocchi Parmesan rind Garlic Sun dried tomatoes Shredded chicken Frozen corn Chicken broth

Ingredients

In a large skillet, cook onion in oil for a couple minutes. Then stir in garlic for 30 seconds.

Add chicken broth, milk, Parmesan rind, herbs, salt, and pepper. Bring to a boil.

Add gnocchi and cook for 3-5 minutes, stirring often.

Turn down the heat. Remove the cheese rind  and stir in sun dried tomatoes, corn, and chicken. Season to taste.

Garnish with parsley and serve immediately.
