Add the eggs, one at a time, followed by the molasses and vanilla extract. Mix until homogenous.

Sift the flour, baking powder, salt, and spices. Gradually mix into the wet ingredients.

Transfer the dough to a parchment lined baking sheet. Divide into 2 and shape into rectangles that are 1 inch high. Bake in a 350F oven for about 30 minutes.
