Add the cabbage, cilantro, and green onion. Mix together and let sit in fridge for 30 minutes.

Next, make the shrimp marinade. Combine chipotle peppers, adobo, lime zest, honey, oregano, oil, salt, and pepper. Mix in shrimp and marinade 10-15 minutes.
