Eggs Mayonnaise Kimchi (with brine) Sugar Sesame oil Green onion Gochugaru (Korean chili flakes)

Ingredients

Hard boil your eggs. My favorite method is the Instant Pot!

Add the egg yolks, mayo, kimchi brine, sesame oil, sugar, salt, and pepper to a food processor. Blend until smooth.

Stir in kimchi and season to taste.

Spoon or pipe the filling into the egg whites. Use a large opening that will fit the kimchi.

Garnish with green onion and gochugaru.

Serve
