First, bake or air fry tortillas until crispy. Then crush into crumbs.

Add to bowl with ground beef, cotija cheese, spices, egg, & diced chipotle peppers. Lightly mix together & form into balls.

Sear the meatballs by baking or air frying until a crust forms.

Meanwhile, simmer beef broth, tomato sauce, and adobo sauce in a large pan.

Finish cooking the meatballs in the sauce, covered, for 8-10 more minutes.
