In a large bowl, whisk together cream cheese and white sugar until smooth.

Add the pumpkin purée, pumpkin pie spice, vanilla extract, and salt. Whisk until smooth.

Open and unroll the crescent dough. Place 2 tsp filling in the center and spread.

Tightly roll, starting at the widest end.

Brush with melted butter and sprinkle with pumpkin pie spice and white sugar. Bake at 375F for 15-20 minutes or until golden.

To make the cream cheese frosting, mix together cream cheese, powdered sugar, and milk until drizzable.
