Ingredients

Blend oats in a food processor or blender until coarsely chopped.

Add almond flour, protein powder, pumpkin, maple syrup, pumpkin pie spice, and salt. Blend until combined.

Stir in mini chocolate chips.

Use a 1½ tablespoon measuring spoon or cookie scooper to divide dough into 12 portions.

Roll into balls. Let set in the fridge for 10 minutes.
