Pasta Chicken sausage Onion, garlic, & kale Chicken broth Sun-dried tomatoes Butter Pesto

Ingredients

First, cook your pasta 1-2 minutes less than box instructions. Reserve some pasta water, then drain and set aside.

Meanwhile, heat oil in a large skillet and sear sliced sausage. Set aside.

Add a little more oil if needed. Sauté onion until lightly softened, then stir in garlic for 30 seconds.

Add kale, chicken broth, salt, and pepper. Cook for 2-3 minutes until kale is lightly wilted and bright green.

Turn heat to low. Add cooked pasta, sausage, sun-dried tomatoes, butter, pesto, and a splash of pasta water. Stir vigorously until butter is melted and pasta is fully cooked.

Season to taste and serve immediately.
