Ingredients

If your bread isn't stale, cube it and toast until lightly crunchy. Then transfer to casserole dish.

Sear and crumble sausage, then transfer to casserole dish on top of bread.

Cook the onion, apple, and celery for 2-3 minutes to soften. Then add garlic and fresh herbs. Pour on top of the sausage.

Whisk together broth, egg, & melted butter. Pour into casserole dish  & let soak for 2-4 minutes.

Then sprinkle with dried cranberries and parsley. Stir together.

Cover with foil and bake at 350F for 35 minutes. Then turn the temp up to 400F, remove foil, and stir. Bake for another 20-25 minutes.
