Ingredients

First, combine the soy sauce, fish sauce, and sesame oil in a small bowl. Set aside.

Melt butter in a pan or wok. Cook shrimp until mostly opaque, then set aside.

To the same pan, add onion and Chinese sausage, cooking for 3-4 minutes. Stir in garlic until fragrant.

Add cooked rice and frozen vegetables. Cook over high heat for a few minutes.

Make a well in the center & crack egg in. Quickly season & scramble, gradually pulling everything else in.

Pour in the sauce, then add shrimp back in. Stir fry until mixed together.
