Ingredients

First, cook rice and season with rice wine vinegar.

Next, whisk eggs with salt and pepper. Cook in pan, covered, until set. Then cut 8 slices that matches the size of your mold.

Cut the Spam into 8 slices. Fry in a skillet.

Turn heat to low and add soy sauce, oyster sauce, mirin, & sugar. Cook until thickened.

Assemble musubi (I recommend using a mold). On a half sheet or strip of seaweed, layer rice, Spam, & egg.
