Sliced beef Chayote squash Onion Garlic Oyster sauce Fish sauce

Ingredients

First, marinade the beef with fish sauce, salt, and pepper. Let sit for 30 minutes.

Heat oil in a large skillet or wok. Sear the beef until no longer pink, then transfer to a plate and set aside.

Add a splash more oil to the same skillet. Add sliced chayote, onion, salt, and pepper. Stir fry for 5 minutes.

Add oyster sauce and garlic, stir frying for another minute.

Add water to deglaze the pan and keep cooking until vegetables are translucent.

Then turn heat to low and stir in beef until warm.
