Pork bones & ground pork Macaroni pasta Onion, shallot, & ginger Carrots Rock sugar Fish sauce Peppercorns Cilantro

Ingredients

Soak the bones for 30 minutes. Then drain.

Boil bones for 5 minutes, then drain & rinse well. Clean pot well.

Add bones back to pot and cover with clean water. Bring to a boil, then turn heat down & add onion, shallot, half cilantro, peppercorns, fish sauce, & rock sugar. Simmer for an hour.

Individually boil pasta, carrots, and ground pork. Prepare fresh cilantro for garnish.
