Baguette Shrimp Mayonnaise Shallot Fish sauce Cheddar & mozzarella cheese Green onion

Ingredients

First, add shrimp to a food processor and pulse until finely minced. Alternatively, use a knife to mince the shrimp.

Add a splash of oil to a pan and cook shallots until translucent.

Add the shrimp and cook until 90% done.

Turn off the heat. Stir in fish sauce & green onion.

Let mixture cool for 5-10 minutes. Then stir in mayonnaise and cheese.

Schmear shrimp mixture on top of baguette slices. Bake at 300F for 8-12 minutes.
