Notes
Condiments: I’m partial to mayo and leftover cranberry sauce on my turkey egg sandwich. But use whatever spreads and sauces you like best, such as pesto sauce, mustard, ketchup, hummus, or gravy.
Vegetables: Include whatever veggies you have in the fridge. Some of my favorite options include avocado, spinach, lettuce, tomato, kale, roasted red peppers, and cucumber.
If you’re not a fan of turkey or want to enjoy this recipe year-round, use chicken breast or turkey deli slices instead.
